We bring our expertise to the classroom on a regular basis, leading innovative training in asbestos management, microbiological mould contamination, and health and safety for contractors, building owners, government officials, consultants and building maintenance staff.
Our programs range from short awareness sessions and on-site maintenance training, to courses that require three days for completion. Pinchin LeBlanc has hosted hundreds of training sessions, most notably in asbestos management and maintenance, but also present topics such as:
- Asbestos Control in Buildings and Industry
- Lead Paint and Lead Materials – Hazards and Control
- Infection Control
- Heat Stress
- Respirator Fit-Testing – “Train the Trainer” Model
- Federal Labour Code
Courses on environmental assessment, remediation and baseline study have been designed by our senior team members for the advancement of industry professionals at Dalhousie University, Memorial University, and the Canadian International Development Agency. These are comprehensive training modules, ranging from one or two-day workshops to full-scale field demonstration programs developed to meet specific client needs.
