LeBlanc Environmental Ltd. is a multidisciplinary consulting firm
providing services related to asbestos and other hazardous materials
(i.e. lead, PCB and mercury), environmental assessment and management,
indoor air quality, and occupational hygiene. We also provide
training related to these lines of business to clients in government,
commerce, industry and the private sector.
We are a proud Atlantic Canadian company established in 1993.
The firm traces its roots to 1989 when it opened as a branch office
of Pinchin and Associates (now Pinchin Environmental Limited).
We maintain strong, formal ties with other Pinchin Group companies
and service the national needs of our clients through our affiliation

In 2007, we moved into our new facility located the Burnside
Industrial Park in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia housing our headquarters
and laboratory facilities. Branch offices are located in Saint
John, New Brunswick, Mt. Pearl, Newfoundland, Goose Bay, Labrador
and Labrador City, Labrador.
The firm has a solid reputation for providing technically sound,
practical and cost-effective solutions to environmental issues.
Our services are provided to a wide spectrum of clients including
private sector developers and property owners, heavy industry
(such as pulp and paper, oil and gas, power generation), and the
public sector including all levels of government and all types
of institutional owners.
Our commitment to quality is demonstrated by the registration
of the Head Office's Quality Management System to the ISO 9001:2000
standard (Certificate No. 014095).
The firm carries $10 million Professional Errors and Omissions
Insurance including Pollution Coverage. We maintain a certificate
of recognition with the Nova Scotia Construction Safety Association
(NSCSA Certificate No. 176600), and a certificate of compliance
with the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia
(APENS Company No.30938).
