Pinchin LeBlanc is currently seeking a Project Assistant to join our administrative team in Dartmouth, NS. In collaboration with the Administrative team, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the project teams in all offices, as well as general office administrative support.
This is a fast paced, often deadline driven, position requiring a pleasant, helpful demeanor, excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, above average organizational skills, a very strong attention to detail, along with the ability to work independently and as a member of the Administration team. The ability to work under pressure (from time to time) is a requirement. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular preparing documents in MS Word with advanced formatting skills, and familiarity with PDF software are required. The successful candidate will possess a post-secondary diploma in a related field and/or comparable experience in similar roles. Experience in a project-driven, professional services organization would be considered an asset.
Employees must be able to successfully obtain security clearances, including criminal record checks, as required by our clients.
