Pinchin LeBlanc Environmental Limited is seeking an Intermediate
to Senior Hazardous Materials Professional at the Firm's Head
Office in Dartmouth, NS. The ideal candidate will have a degree
in engineering, environmental or earth sciences and will be
professionally registered (or eligible for professional registration)
in the province of Nova Scotia. Responsibilities will include
business development, staff management and development, client
management, report writing, spec preparation and technical review
of reports. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to
7 years of Hazardous Materials field and project management
experience as it pertains to conducting hazardous material assessments,
sample collection (i.e. lead, asbestos, mould, etc.), as well
as the supervision of abatement programs. The successful candidate
will have solid technical report writing skills, excellent interpersonal
and communication skills, being able to effectively interact
with staff, property owners, contractors, regulatory agencies,
and professionals.
